So situation question... if you were DJing a party and could one select one 5gen artist’s generique repertoire would y’all select?
Back in the day it was easy - Werra, JB, Koffi, Wemba, Defao, etc all had very strong repertoires to choose from depending on your allegiance

my take is simple,herve is not taking that seriously generiques while it would help him a lot,he is a wonderful singer,if he was making strong statement on generiques aswell,what else will they tell him about " you are ungrateful to werra" or " fally aleki yo" but while knowing he proved them wrong still

Actually I forgot including f victeam it was 2015 since he released one but I know when controle comes he'll release some killer generiques again so for now it's fabregas even though some of fabregas's generique haven't been my cup of tea he's consistent but maybe a bit too much

True ! Ferré lets himself go in terms of generique while before he was even much stronger than Fally. Just listen to Lubukulukumu, Madiatabambi, Seben...
Same as for QQJD generics, sound quality is worthless...

The generiques Robinho & Fabregas are not special, they are just lucky that Koffi, JB, Werra, JB & Fally aren't putting much effort in producing. DJ's having succes with songs who doesn't make sense in Kinshasa, says already alot. Fabregas & Robhino would release those generiques in 2007 or 2008 they would have zero chance to succeed. If you look good you will see that nobody isn't really putting effort to produce a killer generique since 2012/2013.
I'm fed to hear cries about sex and I don't think that it will stop. Atalaku's and ghostwriters aren't creative anymore and many didn't even go to school. Thinking only about sex and drugs. I wonder how the animation-departement will after 5 years will be in DR Congo, I miss the Ndombolo-era.

you guys are way harsh on this dude lol, i think he has found his style somewhat meaning he won't diverge too far from what we have heard from him so far. I will try not to eviscerate him , he could always do better but so far me like it .... Cannot wait to hear it at parties and dance to it, at the end of the day it's more music for us to enjoy.

Not quite a Ferre fan in generiques, but if he wants to change people's opinion about his style, he needs to either change soloists or have them change their guitars. Most people are right when they say all his generiques sound the same. If DJing at a club, I'm sorry, Ferre's generiques will be only on demand....Great singer, great Rumba guy but generiques and sebenes are just not his forte.
QQJD generique had Japonais as soloist and you can tell that that was not Marhouse or the other fella (alhaji something).

Sounded better live in concerts, so Ferre dosen't have beef with Koffi or Fally anymore since the animations attacking them aren't on this version and even changed the name of the generique.

Just realised something which could yet again bring bad buzz to ferre,in the generique there is a eza piment animation which either boussole or paolo standard(something i get them confused as they can look a bit alike in interviews and its always said atalaku ya fally) did months or a year ago and even said back then that a animation writer and stole and took to sell to genta but he urged his idol genta not to do it
knowing how passionate the fally brigade has become i doubt they wont notice it,it was even in those songs fally did for ballantines

Musicians make music for their fans not for themselves, if that was the case they wouldn’t need to promote it or play concerts Infront of packed crowds...if they make music that suits them and ignore advice of 90% of the fan then they are in the wrong business. You’re right, if it doesn’t suit an individual then they can skip, not listen to it or support it but it doesn’t change the fact we are entitled to our own opinions and can say what we want about the crap some musicians produce.

I think the overall verdict on this blog is that this generique is crap. Loud and clear we have heard all your expert opinions. Now my advice is go and enjoy Fabregas and the other killer generiques you have extolled. No need repeating over and over you dont feel it. There may be a few others who actually like it, give them time to enjoy it your point is made!!!!!

I really like the scenes were they were dancing in the rain it looked cool. And I finally figured who the guy from Brigade's group is it's the guy who was in Masion Mere reserve and was used to sing Ferre's parts.
