their last concert before their departure to African countries like Ivory Coast before arriving in Kinshasa. This was a good concert but messed up by those new jacks-gangsters who were always disturbing concerts in Brussels.

No. With the new jack-gangsters I mean the Congolese youth of Brussels that time who were living on the streets and becoming gangsters in the late 80's/early 90's. With their irresponsible spending money to cloths and sending to kinshasa which the Belgium gave for their kids. Those new jack were messing concerts of artists like Werrason, Koffi, etc. up in those days. It's not filmed it this videotape, but it ended with a fight, like that of Werrason at Cirque Royal. Every concert of Koffi in Brussels always ended with a fight.
In Paris you had 'Les Zoulous'.But they were more in attacking musicians in those metrostations with those musicians then always running away. There was a rivalery between the New Jack of Brussels against Les Zoulous. New Jack were giving people in Matonge a hard time from 2003/04 it became very bad with them starting to kill people. I remember that a guy 17 of years old from Montreal came on holiday in Belgium with his family and was then killed by a New Jack just because he didn't want to give his phone.
