What does this sentence means, i hear a lot through the songs and concerts of Congolese musicians this sentence but I still didn't understand what it means, I know it means The guys are selling/or the little kids are selling but what they are refering to

It means kids are selling.
Knowing the depravity of our current music, they must be talking about prostitution.
A lot of these musicians must pray that order never comes back in the country...

it comes from comedian modero who said in some comedies ba petit bao teka nia...then would end with wather word starting with nia(but everybody knowing he means niar,a slang word for the female sex)
for whatever reasons, phenomenons related to sex are something pleasant to people to joke about so musicians and comedians use it easily
