Knogulu liked the mystery behind his persona so he wanted the song title specifcally. He also had a strict policy that songs in his name had to have the most powerful sebene and artist had to put a strong effort, or else. Weird guy... nobody shed a tear when he died

hahaha don't you heard that story what Saddam did to them when they refused to give Manda Chante's passeport back ? Or the way he forced Koffi to reconcile with Nyoka Longo lol. I'm sure that Wenge 4x4 wouldn't split if Mobutu was still on power. Kongolo Mobutu would force them to stay together and give sanctions. There was a moment that they couldn't perform anymore in Kinshasa back in 1995 just because a girl. The blocked the release of their album Pleins Feux. He used Wenge EL Paris as his puppets to make Wenge 4x4 difficult and he killed the same Wenge EL Paris by blocking them 4 years long in Kinshasa (they hadn't European papers so they couldn't return. He same Kongolo used to facilitate their return to Europe in past) and forbad them to release albums.

Alain Makaba was fire. I think that this the best sebene of the album. The sebenes of La Vie & Hi Ho Ha New Image were also excellent. I liked the preview of those sebenes Makaba & Masela were giving during the concerts of Kalayi Boeing in Kinshasa. Or that last part of Promesse Bouboule when they were dancing on the sebene of Chouchou des Londres… tika.
Fi-Carre was dangerous also he used then to play the sebene of Heritier Itele during Danico adding that signature of Cresois. It was impossible to sit down. So pity that he hadn't the chance to put that sebene on Anges Adorables. He played it on Pentagone, but it was a little bit different and had less power that the way he was playing it back in 1993 and 1994. On Anges Adorables they gave him only two songs (Capteine de Beneluxe & Masampu). I think that if they gave him more space on that album, that would have played that sebene on Sourire des Vendeurs

I just found sad that we never had the chance to hear the sebene Makaba & Masela were playing during Kin E Bouge. Those reponses Masela was giving to Makaba during that sebene-part were dangerous. He's underated as bassist.

I'm looking years for the concert the gave at Studio Maman Ngebi after the release of Kalayi Boeing. It's a shame that we don't have a cultural center in Kinshasa with archives of videos from the 70's until now. The television channels in Kinshasa aren't professional. They use video from youtube to so it to people and you will then see big on the screen DJOMEGADT , IZ Ingenieur or DJ Emilio.

This album is so good to play that it is difficult to choose it is the best sebene. I think that Les Anges Adorables vol 1 and 2 remain the best-played albums of Wenge 4x4 and that it is in this album that Werra used his most beautiful voice
