tax kimbuta,jb and werra were also victim of that at times until they phoned  ya andre in person to lift it
it was one of the reasons jb was very pissed in the first part of that famous interview with nana,had to pay both that tax and  50X'400 dollars to renew the passports of the group with that new law to change the passport

What a disgrace Andre is. Some of my family had a difficult time getting to Kin and enjoying vacation because of his tax and the way he misgoverns the city. If we do see a new president, he'll probably be replaced since he's so tight with Ya Hyppo

Shadary promised him to become minister of internal affaires. I think that the next governor of Kinshasa will continue that Kimbuta-tax, but then on his name.

No one really wants a Cindy snow but that's not right, they aren't even going to use the money from the tax for the benefit of the population.
