Title: Folkflorique and Traditional vibes

I propose we make a topic of the best traditional music that there is out there or that there has ever been. Sometimes I like listening to the new stuff but i think its also good at times to go back to the roots. I ask that whoever posts songs give us a little insight on the group like the area where they from and such because at times they sing in traditonal languages that are not lingala or tshiluba or kikongo.

I stumbled upon a gold mine this week from the tetela/mongo people and oh my god. Easily the beat song i’ve heard in 2018.

I know Mungala automatically means that their singing in Lingala.... but iv'e been DYING to hear traditional Bangala rhythms or hear at least what they sound like.
