With praisesongs, i'm songs where he's praising himself (for example Respect, Victoire) while on Affaire d'Etat he sings about Congo and advice people to work, etc. Its about patriotism. 13eme Apotre is praisesong for God. On Petite Soeur he advice his little sister (i will not name her name) who was very wild and sleeping with everyone, etc.

No she's still alive and gets often shoutouts in songs.

lol, you all should know the answer to that riddle. That being said Petite Soeur is one of my favorites - the sebene sounds fresh today nearly 26 years later

Chemin de la Vie & Dieu voit Tout were to address hardship at their respective times.
