Finally back on youtube. This video used to be on Mengi Massamba's channel. I'm very happy that Mundjona Dboss re-uploaded the video. DJ Ndisu also uploaded the concert, but that was the dvd-version with alot parts missing, like when JB Mpiana received his gold record for Feux de l'Amour, the intro of Alain Mpela and co, the traditional intro of the dancers, R.D.C., Feux de l'Amour, Conseil Patcho and the moment when Simon Ndjongang, people working for his label, Wenge BCBG and their staff were celebrating JB's gold record in Marilyn (the bar in Olympia). This concert was voted as best concert of the 20th century by ACMCO. The concert at Zenith de Paris of the same year was voted as best concert of the year. This concert took place on 11th September 1999 and the VHS was released somewhere in December 1999 alongside the Ya Pas Match-single.

During that time mbonda-player Papy Badra Muntu already left the group.

The sebene Mboka Liya played on Bana Lunda sounds a little bit like that Defao's Mboka Ya Diogen.

Yeah, Ppipyi exist since 1998 when Wenge BCBG just returned in Kinshasa. Their first show was at Palais du Peuple. Kibens, Chai, Rio & Heritier were the original PPU. When Kibens, Chai & Rio became first team-members, the bunch of guys we saw at Bercy replaced them.

poor gessan zakoko,he missed out instead of yondi last minute just because of adam bombole intervention while he was informed to get ready and everything

You mean Adam Bombole prevented him from travelling with the group? For what reason?

 yondi went to see adam bombole who paid his ticket and some extra money(which yondi shared with mbuta kiss so zakoko's name was erased days before the concert and changed to yondi)
