He has been noted by Werra in a concert in Cabinda with Gode Lofombo with the whole maison mere test being impressed by the guy, with Gode Lofombo staying in Europe for 2 years, PDG Luis Onyema the boss of the studio where Lofombo were recording was also one of the ebst friends of Werra and recomended him to take Teka into the group, so while he was waiting public transports to go home and Luis Onirma took him while he was in the streets, to take him into Werra house, he demanded to sing and Werra was so impressed that said you are a Wenge member.
Despite being taken Werra told him that to avoid jealousy in the group he should have do a pubblic teet at La Zamba with the risk of getting booed off the stage or not being accepted but since Teka was confident said don't worry boss I will be fine and they will like me, with Werra saying wow kid you are too much confident, have you ever seen La Zamba? Do you think this group is like the group you came from? And Yeka replied No Boss you will see I will make a great test.
So Werra suggest him to pick a Wenge song he knew well so he can sing with no problem, after a trip in Brazzaville the WMMM orchestra came back to Kin and PDG Oniema called hik to go to make the test, but he forgot di he called back PDG Oniema and at 5 pm he was at La Zamba with plenty of people. So Werra asked him are you sure you will not disappoint, and Teka replies you will see boss, so Michelle Bass got tested for first, another singer got tested for second but he failed and then Sankara called Teka for being tested as third so he sang Blandine Pemba and impressed people. He find Ferre, JDT, Jackie, Serge Mabiala, Baby Ndombe and all the golden generation.
Despite being invoved in the preparation for the Double Zenith and got togheter with his girlfriend to give Elliot Mndobe money to get the passport he got left behind , because t the time all the musicians woud vote if someone could go or not and everyone was o with Teka going except for Ferre, and this was revelead by Baby Ndombe wh never revealed he was Ferre but Teka indirectly womderstood by some little things. Despite not going he wnderstod why Ferre didn't want him since he felt he was doing just ok in songs.
Bill Clinton who he took him as his ittle brother from Lifaki in Bandalungwa (Teka is older than Bill), Baby Ndombe, Seguin and Bourro came from there too, Celeo, Duc Herode, and Kapaya all knew him already before joining in Maison Mere

I think that Corean Polystar, Michel Bass and Teka Diobanza wouldn't get the recognition they have today if they decided to stay in London and follow Les Marquis. Alot of people think till this day that Mimiche Bass played on Tindika Lokito and some even on Alerte Generale. Corean Polystar started get known after Temoinage with he, Mogratana, Kapaya, Mimiche, Ali Mbonda, Thierry Synthe and Papy Kakol forming a dream-team of instrumentists. If Teka Diobanza decided to go back to Kinshasa with Maison Mere he would have been on another level. Whose that guy who snitched him to get no vocals on Temoinage ? Was it Kakol or Kabose ? On the other side it was a stupid decision from Teka to stay in Europe, because they went to re-record Temoinage nearly the end of 2005 and Roi David, Celeo & Kene Kene adding new animations. 70% of the animations on Temoinage were different than those they did in the first stage of the recording.

I didn't even knew his name when he was in Maison Mere, I knew his name when I saw him in the making off of Droit Chemin.

Bro, that is Mimiche Bass, not Michel Bass. Michel Bass was the guy who replaced Mimiche Bass in Maison Mere when Mimiche decided to stay in Europe. Teka Diobanza even said that he did the test in Maison Mere the same day with him and then Mimiche giving the bass guitare to Michel.

So there was Michel Bass, I have to admit i had no idea about Michel Bass.I only know of Mimiche Bass and I have always thought that Mimiche and Michel are one and the same whenever someone mentions the two names. Lol. How long was Michel Bass in Maison Mere?

About Eboa Yes, but not Teka. Koffi tried to poach Flamme Kapaya Heritier, Kakol & Eboa Lotin when they were on tour in Europe, because of Koffi being furious that they recruited Patience and him then promising to himself that he would destroy Wenge Maison Mere. But they all refused the offer, Flamme Kapaya was close to accept the offer, but he changed his mind when it was publied by the press. Then in 2007 he tried again to get Kakol, Heritier, Eboa Lotin and also J3 trought King Tekila after having poached Gessac, Hono, Joss and Gabbana in his band, but it didn’t work.

His only regret is to not have gone far with MM as he was thinking since he thinks he was forced out of the group (because his demand in a public reunion about a salary for 20 dollars a month when Werra wasn't there who made Kakol furious and made Werra even more furious) he said his only work was the vocal in Alerte Generale in the song Ton Amour and that he didn't partecipate nor he didn't gave secret songs to anyone in A La Queue Leu Leu, even though it was very frequent to see people stealing other people vocals or being robbed directly by Werra of vocals so to avoid that despite Teka ability to sing, write and play acoutisc/accompany guitar he stayed quiet in fact Omatuku Deps can confirm since he was there with the group. They were in Angola, in Camfufu (after a trip on military vehicles which was way dangerous) and all of a sudden being un the same room of Ferre, Bil and Michele Bass, Teka way early in the morning here some steps and sees Ferre who is trying to be as quite as possible with Bill following him, and when Bill saw Teka asleep and told him: "Yaya lamuka" wich means Elder wake up and Michelle Bass was also there with Ferre following him and they all gone quietly outside the hotel and Bill said: "You are my Big Brother we are waking up late to go to see Vieux Tchatcho who has some big money (lar) for us"...

Since his office was opening at 7 am at they didn't want (Ferre and Bill) other people outside of Teka and Michelle to know becuase of the risk of creating jealousy and furthermore because as has always been remembered they weren't getting salaries in any of the industries they were going musicwise except for BCBG and Quartier Latin (which is not much money anyway) ad Ferre added: "Now we have to be very careful to go to take our money". They went in the junge with freezing cold and they finally saw Vieux Tchatcho, saw they gave the money to Mimiche, then Ferre introduced Teka to avoid being demanded risky questions and Vieux Tchatcho answered that he already k ew him since in Angola, and other countries were selling Wenge and other Congolese bands DVD's, so after he and Michelle got away Michelle asked him: "How much they gave you big brother?" And Teka answer: "The same amount you took". Lol and Michelle got quiet, but Ferre and Bill weren't going out and he clearly heard Bill demandeing for more money lol. And when Bill saw the money he started to scream despite being in early morning lol they got out with the common promise that noone would ever know and they went on their own directions. So with time Teka got more and more important with very often being one of the few members in private concerts hold in big discoteque or big locals with Werra.
Then once he saw a big smoke and he followed seeing his fellow colleagues smoking some Mbangi which I don't know what is since Diamba is Weed and Sigarette is Cigarette, and talking in circle. And later he wonderstood that that was the starting of Les Marquis De Maison Mere, since in the Maison Mere movement they were already people calling themselves Marquis without other people knowing what meant, except in front of Werra. But Teka actually got very late in understanding that Les Marquis Des Maison Mere were already having first donors and fans in Bandalungwa.
He got noted by a guy in the Marquis circle who saw him but Teka acted like nothing and went by in his bed who was a castle bed with Ali Mbonda up who called him. And since then the feeling tiwards Teka in the group start changing with people who he was considefing friend acting very cold, he wonderstood that Ferre and Bill try to introduce him into the money was an attempt to take him directlt to the Marquis by teasing him some money gradually. In London the sign of the discontent of some members started to being visible with Ferre coming way late at reharsals (where you are straightly fired or suspended if you do something like that and even the people could see that there was something wrong and in fact the guys who were upset started to di, and make things on stage like they were the leader (especially when Celeo took the money some guy throw to Werra with Bill and Flamme if I am not mistaken to hold him). Werra didn't do nothing because he didn't want people to see him insecure or phased by the situation, so he stand back in a not vusible spot trying to hold it and to manage it but he really couldn't manage it because when Ferre, Bill and many other made the final leap to go. Teka saw for the first time a guy who he believed was a leopard almost crying and despite Teka convincing Polystar and Michelle Bass to stay in Wengesince they wanted to go and take Teka with them at Les Marquis and stay in London, he got treated with suspect for the way Ali Mbonda saw him listening to the Les Marquis. When he got back from the group with the whole pack of singers gone except him and some other members. A guy who was having an enjoyable conversation with Werra (he didn't reveal the name or his role) suddenly stopped and directly came from Teka and said: "So why you came back here Teka? Do you want to stay? You know that your peers won't cone right?" Trying to see if Teka were serious about staying and try to convince him saying: "Leave these bags here and go to the care I will take care of.them as we plannified the group is dead the Marquis are waiting for you.
Like Kabose, Mboka Liya, Heritier, Brigade and many members he got slapped in the face by a giy who were forced by the group to scream and shout to a dancer in front of everybody and since Teka took her defense the guy all of a sudden way after the fact slapped Teka, with Kabose going crazy over the guy who was a bodyguard of Werra, asking him why he should slapped him, Mbungi iis a metaphor to say that when you got disrespected or got slapped like in this case you start thinking.on ways.even in a bad manner on how you can hurt someone, second guy who slapped him was in Brazzaville were the Maitre of Bill slapped him because he refuse to go away from his shared room with Bill (Elliot Mondobe made the assignments) but Teka didn't answer because he was fearing to being suspended or fired by the movement, but neither Bill, nor his Maitre got suspended because of Bill big influence and Teka whi is older than Bill really felt shocked and disapppointed by Bill who were a guy who tehy took in Lifaki and took him like a little brother, WMMM is a place where hierarchy counts and you can do the worst stuff and being saved because you are the boss favourite or do good all the time and have a single.little.mistake.and being.kicked out (Teka for example)
The reason of Teka going out was that he demanded to being payed at least 20 dollars a month since they weren't paid nothing and felt that after a those years he deserved something despite the other members clapping Kakol went crazy and snitch it to Werra who went hell furious with Teka asking him if in the orchestra he came from they were pauing him (such an hypocrite benefiting from other people.job than expecting to not paying them). Before Alerte Generale Roi David, Goldberg and Brigade got tested and despite all of them being good Werra choose Demukuse Roi David because he wanted to counterattack the growing success of Bill, Ferre and the other Marquis so he gave Celeo what Celeo always wanted (the number one spot with sometimes Celeo holding a 2/3/4 hour concert by himself since Bill gone) and by making Roi David a starter despote Werra though about him in terms of a guy who could evolve in the second team, but the very funny answer and the outstanding personality of Roi David (and some spiritual help which hasn't been mentioned in the interview) got Werra to promote him to the first team and give him a big part of Alerte Generale allowing to Kene Kene (the guy who got took for replacing h void Bill left) some space in the Sebene of Miss Margo. So Goldberg despite having a crie who people were liking "Libongo 'a Ndolo' got away from Maison Mere and did in time make some generique with Lacoste and Brigade got to Quartier Latin since Koffi was very interested and determined to copy Wenge Musica Maison Mere style of Generique since he was scared that the Tcha Tcho slow tempo style im generique would cause his failure.
Actually Alerte Generale should have been an album but the "Nfwenge Crie" impressed so much Werra that he decided to make a Maxi Single with one generique one rhumba and one seben. Actually Zulema who were singing in a Brazzaville accent and had a good voice was in MM but wasn't accepting the classical Wenge MM mindgames so he left for BCBG. Going back to the money matter, Kakol said that it was unheard of of having money for playing, and Teka went crazy because Kakol stood up when he should have been quiet and since the director have the speeech and the authority to speak, despite Kakol being one of his best friends, Kakol couldn't answer so he went straight to Werra to snitch (like a little bitch I add) ending the reunion. The following day Teka felt all eyes were on him since Werra as soon as he saw him stood up with crossed arms and got him like "Yo" (which means you but when you say in higg volume usually represent a warning) by pointing his finger and saying "These kids these days, where you were in your orchestra " Teka said "Are you happy that you have smitched it to the boss Kakol"? And Werra said "Yo, are you talking when I am talking?" (Again I really hate the arrogance of leaders they don't pay at all or pays little money and they feel like they are Angels or God given to earth) and Teka answered "Shut the hell up, Kanga Munoko Na Yo" (Which in Lingala is one of the worst and humiliating insult that can existing) and Werra added "Elliot Mondobe have you seen these kids?".
And aware of the recent slaps he got quiet because he was fearing Werra could have easily slapped him.
But the following ay Werra took him and promise him things, and he screamed against to avoid that other people might replicate but in private he gave his some money
