What should JB do for you to succeed?
Bring back public rehearsals or do what Maison Mere do open a YouTube channel and upload the rehearses weekly and then have each musician have an interview or sing an acapella on that channel or force each musician to go on a daily media roundup on their own, cause the problem is not just jb but the musicians themselves they think just cause they're with jb it's good enough to be noticed which is really not the case. Remember F'Victeam had this exact same problem and those that go solo they release something and if it doesn't work they just disappear off to Europe or wherever and don't keep trying like Ex Maison Mere members do. This image of bcbg will always exist and I doubt it could ever change, cause there's been so much potential but nothing for example Blaise left... Ponderation 8 came out good album, he then went to tour in Europe then disappeared for years, Alain Makaba left disappeared for years released an album didn't do much... Aimelia left released Constant... good album just suffered from promotion and he then went to Maison Mere, Afande left had a promising group released a good maxi single but then went to Europe and sacrificed his career, Biku le brun went back to Europe same with Richard Mukena, Djino released his album and went to Europe, Chai well we've been waiting for years. The list goes on and on, BCBG is just a lazy environment

Nothing he can do now. Too rich from his family mining deals. Motivation to succeed comes from an insecure position. Also I have a feeling his problematic love affairs, have disturbed him a lot. To cup it all, lack of albums can't make his singers and artists, any better...
