I dont think this guy is normal .I think he should be sectioned.For his age he should be wise enough.

zacle is the carbon copy of koffi( sorry if my example offends some),there is like 5 personnalities in the same person,the quite educated,the funny,the warrior who lets his ego lead him to win in situations at all costs,the hot temper...
to put a little bit things in context here,zacle had been ignoring attacks left right center when he was a deputy for years and now that he has kind of gone back a bit to his original job of journalist he's adressing in his typical wildest style the issues
he does not know that when he gets triggered like that and loses it at the end all eyes are on him like others did nothing at all
