It can be possible. Because Colonel Jagger who also went with Itshari and Pinos in 1998 was brought to Europe by Papa Wemba in 2001 for the Bercy-event but he decided to return after the tour. He's now since some years in Belgium, but he has a very hard life. Archeveque Lobobo talked about that on facebook, but Colonel Jagger wasn't happy about it.
