My opinion... The Japanese are more inclined to Congolese dances and music than the West.

Yes, you will be surprised how close the Japanese language is to Bantu. But, the lady in the Video is not Japanese, I believe she might be Chinese.

It is true for example Watanabe is a common surname both in Congo amd in Japan

I think that Watanabe is more a sapeur-nickname like Miyake and Yamamoto. Because I've never seen or heard a Congolese guy having Watanabe as family-name.

South Korea whole music is basically R'n'B from the 90's and Rap music. Basically Black People's music. In fact Black Americans in South Korea and especially in Japan are comsidered Gods. Japanese culture and a lot of Asian culture also are a lot similar to Congolese culture and Bantu culture as well. It is not that Erupean are not into Congolese music. They are only in Francophone countries in Europe like Belgium, France, Switzerland etc. If someone will open up the soor of the Congolese music in not French speaking countries maybe non french Europeans will listen to it.
Just like now African American artist are seeking Nigerians and South African artists as headliners and/or to make features with them. Childish Gambino danced Gwara Gwara the whole time in this is America

Very true, this kinda proves the migration of Africans many decades ago. Linguistically and also when it comes to names, Some Japanese, Chinese, Filipino have very Bantu the last name. If they enjoy rhumba, it's an ancestral calling LOL.
