Every leader, from the smallest to the biggest, do not care about advices even tbe smalles leader think he is a world superstar because he surrounds himself with a bumch of Yes Man. If Lacoste who struggle to tour in Africa thinks he is the best Artist in the world, what do you think Bill would think?
