the sound is not very good.

One of their last concerts of the Europe-tour (2000-2001). Here they are singing Colation before the album release of Viagra. Singing new songs in concerts before the album release was very normal since the start of Modern Congolese music in the 40s until the early 90s, from then it became very rare.

Yeah, they spent 10 months in Europe and went to every place where most Congolese band from Kinshasa used to perform when they came to Europe (Germany, U.K., France, Switserland, Belgium, etc.), only a concert in a mythic concerthall was missing to make their tour more special.

I think that it has something to do with his videorecorder, not all videorecorders are of high quality.

Academia is probably one of my favourite groups ever. I’ve noticed in majority of academia videos everyone is always blaming Sam for the group falling apart, which has some truth into it.
