What is the level of efficiency and competence of DRC secret forces? I mean FBI usually operate against big American crimianl organizations, while CIA elimimates whoever try to not make the interest of an American company. What do the Congolese secret services do, I meam what is their purpose? Are they like the CIA, the FBI or none of them?

they are quite reactive,not always for the most important thing though the amount of musicians,members of parties and journalists who just asked questions arrested by  their services is seriously big
yeah a bit like CIA or FBI but with the african realities
