Is Cocote the mother of Abraham Mpiana ? Is she the same woman that JB Mpiana dedicated the song Nazareth to or is it someone else ? I tought that Wenge brought her to Europe during the 92 Europe-tour, because Rosa said that she had to tour with them but that they gave their passeport to JB's ex'wife who would remain in Europe.
The young ambassadeur Kija Brown. Did stay in Europe after the tour or did he also return with them to Kinshasa ?
Kin E Bouge is for me the best album Wenge 4x4 made. It really revolunatized the Congolese music-scene of youngster and brought a new style, because before that youngster were only playing in the style of Victoria/Viva and Zaiko. From then alot of bands started to do intro's with atalaku's (the generique-phenomena really started after Makaba's Pile Ou Face). For me they could have added at least 2 songs more. Imagine Molangi Ya Malasi and Djino being recorded with the Kin E Bouge-arrangement, it would sound excellent. Cyril Orcel did a good job with his special effects. Why didn't they call him for Kalayi Boeing ?
Such a pity that Alain Makaba prefered to stay in Europe and settle in London to live with his new girlfriend (the crazy is that he then just recorded Princesse Pathy for his girlfriend in Kinshasa Patricia Longomba). Everybody was waiting in Kinshasa for him. I don't think that Fi-Carre's career would have become big and that he would have contributed alot in Kalayi Boeing if Makaba returned. I'm sure that Kalayi Boeing was big more special if Makaba prepared it with them in Kinshasa, but its still a great album. Wenge Musica was one of the rare Congolese bands who were still recording their albums in Brussels while the majority started to record their albums in Paris.

kija remained in belgium then paris after that tour as jb advised him to remain so that he can handle their promotion in europe when they are in africa
indeed if makaba returned instead of taking jazz lessons and following the woman in london fi carre and later japonais and mbokaliya would have less time to make impact,thankfully for them makaba seemed like somebody who is not obsessed with fame so it was easy for him to disconnect with the group,same with wenge bcbg
