When i hear the song, it sounds like 2003. But Affaire d'état with him was already recorded in october 2002 (also Eureka, Je m'appelle toi, Yo nani & Heros ya congo) before Quadra Kora Man winning 4 Kora in november. But the sebenes without him in the winter of 2003. Like LOI.
