Bouger Bouger was recorded in 1987, but released in 1988, because they couldn't find a producer who could release their album on the market like their first album of 1986, who wasn't released on the market.

Ah bon? If it was an artists from the 5th generation or Japonais, then we wouldn't sleep lol. Because they would brag in almost every interview about it. That's why I like Alain Makaba, because he don't brag always about his artistic contribution to albums outsitde Wenge (for example Wake Up, Bakala Dia Kuba & Fula Ngenge) and the things he did for Wenge 4x4 and BCBG. A true artist doesn't brag about that, because his work will talk for him.
Alain Makaba also participated on Bimi Ombale's album and that of JP Buse. Back in those days, he used to be part of t Bobongo Studio-squad, so he participated often on album who go recorded there. Like the way Lofombo often participated to albums who got recorded at Studio Ndiaye.

I'm gonna be honset the quality of that album sounds very mono I wished they recorded at the veve center of Verckys but never it was recorded in 1987 a little their first show at Mama Ngebi was in 1988.

By the way all sebenes on Pleins Feux and his 2 songs (Dizoizo & C'est trop tard Djenga Kabungu) are not recorded in live. Only Alain Barakuda was recorded in live.

Their first show at Studio Maman Ngebi was not in 1988, but 1987. That show made them being voted by the press as « revelation of the year », without having an album at the market. Bouger Bouger, would get the same problems like their first album. But Defao helped out, which made the album getting luckily released on market, 1 year later after the recording.

Who was Silva Gwema? My instincts tell me he or she was Mobutu people because during the 80s every musician sang his or her name.

Years long I thought, that he had some Portugese blood. Thinking that he was a mulatto-child of those Greek and Portugese businessmen who used often make children with women from the Equateur-region during the Congo-Belge era or that he must be one of those Angolan businessmen (back in those days you used have alot of Angolan people living in Kinshasa, especiallyin Ndjili, Kimbanseke and Barumbu), because of the way people were singing Silva Gwema (not knowing that he was just a nickname).

I thought so. Always knew he was part of the Mobutu period my guess he is muzombo but Bozi Boziana sang a song that was dedicated to him with Jolie Detta, Deesse on vocals I thought he was singing about a woman.

silva gbemani is one of the nephews of mobutu(jb for example was giving shoutout to him and sekula gbemani also a lot in 4X4)
