Title: Should the ban be released for anastasio?

I, as the admin, banned asnastasio, I gave my reasons here: http://congovibes.com/congolese-music/ot-today-is-a-sad-day/30/

Some members however feel I was strict. So let me know your opinion, and case it is so, I don't mind giving anastasio a last chance.
