they had made peace few months ago,but celeo did not like the way bill's spokesman kept attacking him so he took his distances again and here bill and heritier meet somewhere and  heritier says he wants to have them both to meet him at restaurant so he is giving bill a hard time to convince him( bill is even more stubborn than celeo)
