The word is CLAN which a group of people have gotten together and give trophies to the artists close to them. I will give you an example in the era of Michael Jackson's domination of pop music even him never won the same trophies year after year at the MTV awards or Grammy awards because no matter how good he was there were other artist who brought new vibes and won it but when an artist keep winning the same trophies year after year kie kie you know the drill.
