What the presenter said in the start of the video didn't make any sense, just a way to attack JB Mpiana for having performed at Zenith de Paris and l'Olympia. Bercy used to be the biggest musichall in Paris, but l'Olympia Bruno Coquatrix still stays more mythic than any other hall, not because of his capacity, but about his history.

Wasn't it the same guy who talked in the intro of the VHS "JB Mpiana live a l'Olympia" ?
