We're talking about France here. Nothing gonna happen to him. At worst, he will be on probation.
People seem to have a lot of illusions about the reality of the french judicial system. And if Boketshu ends up on trial, they will turn him into a martyr.

I must say French police are very soft compared to US police. Their lax enforcements have allowed combatants to thrive for years. Here they would’ve been suppressed from day 1

fally as right , we are weak. those same combattants wouldnt do that to the young congolese that play in europe naza keblack, dadju etc.... but they have no problems opposing fally and others. other thing the europeans are too proper to do anything , that would never happen here in the us. A fe years ago, when kabila was here, 2 congolese folks tried throw water on him and tried to attack him but guess what. They were both jailed for 5 months and deported back to kinshasa. oh they still called wishing they were in the US. chuuupid folks (caribbean accent)

Yep, Europe is not the US, especially countries like France. People talking about combattant being deported are just daydreaming.
