The worst singer for me either Bodi Mabiala (just terrible) or Le Duc Herode Mandiangu. Some of the soukous guys were also faux chanteurs. I know you said of DRC (meaning based in DRC), but will include these guys

To me one of the worst singers is Capuccino and Robinio, Tony Gattuso of F'Victeam and the guy who sings lead in Gramd Djogo on F'Victeam what is his name? He’s in France and works on a EP. He sings sometimes at Djonga with Titina, Roi David and co.
He was btw for some weeks in Wenge Maison Mère in its first day, but his weak singing abilities made him quickly return to Wenge El Paris.
