Soleil Wanga was still around when they recruited Bapince. I remember that Soleil wasn’t liking him and there were some tensions between them. In the Tcha Tcho 100%-concert you can see Soleil looking furious, when Bapince sing.

He was a ready replacement for Soleil since Koffi knew he was already planning to leave. Soleil even hit Scottie Pippen thinking he was Bapince because they looked alike and were both very tall, causing Scottie to bleed.

I still can't believe he did that, that was low even for Soleil. He was planning to leave anyway so there was no need for that unless he wanted an excuse to get suspended or fired.

soleil was insecure from the days he got his papers,behind koffi's back leaders dont like it when musicians get papers without "their authorization" and the arrival of mirage,so he feared that koffi would start to let him home in tours and promote somebody else and his position and ba pince was kinda doing soleil role
in reality he was not planning album strongly he just activated it as plan b seeing the threat coming and with the gamble of fally working
on the reverse,shella and montana were not worried at all they were seeing in the danger de mort meltdown golden chance to become the ultimate favorites they anticipated nothing

I'm confuse Eric Tutsi was still in Quartier Latin in 2006 ? I thought he left in 2005 after Monde Arabe when he briefly came back and he came back in 2011. When the album he did with Guy Guy Fall and others came out ? In 2007 ?

Chief of discipline in BCBG JDL looks dangerous, seen how he corals guys in BCBG before a concert or the stare to bring a member back in line during a live concert, I would not mess with him

fally and bouro i guess its just competition between two special talents,it started even before quartier latin,when they were rehearsing with willy bula on some days one would literally turn his back when singing not to face the other one
they were a threat for each other but they respected each too,especially as both are nkana(brothers from same villages)
fally and soleil did not stand each other indeed at the beginning but in the long run it became better,soleil is like for example celeo or heritier a very outspoken person while fally is more of a subtile undercover guy who for example would not openly confront you but you'd hear koffi calling you to ask why you mess with fally so they had little war but at the end especially with the arrival of ferre they became cool
