Crying to them for mic sharing putting 10 mabangas in concert where they had only to put 5 etc. So Makaba to counter that took the mic of that musician to teach him a lesson and then once the interview ended he went to himand apologized. Then I guess Ronaldinho said Maitre Ninja it is too hard on them that he likes to beat people and do not let friends of the musicians in, Kakol said that Maitre Ninja is good on doing like that because musiciams do not respect bosses and if Maitre Ninja was soft the musician would run over. Hugo Synthe got mad because musiciams are always going to him for things when the shit hit the fan instead of comunicate everything but Hugo was at fault too because he kicked out a musician out of the Wenge group they made to comunicate ba tenure the concert date and the hour. This musician (I guess Michigan) said that he went in the concert of Matadi at 16 h but everyone said he was lying (He was scared to look bad in fromt of Werra) and he got screamed by Maitre Ninja because other than being late he was sleeping while people were rehersealing on the bus. Since Hugo was at fault for kicking him out Werra let it pass (Since being out of group he couldn't know the hour of the comcert) but he said that these guys could sland should be very aware because he can get them spiritually.if he wants but he does not tht because he loves them. Sarah Solowas complaining because Makaba doesn't let her play solo but only Mi-Solo and accompainement and she is never on the videos, Nico, Makaba amd many others are always on the video but Sarah is never (True except some small snippet on Diemba I have never seen her on the video) on the videos and never have the chamce to play in important concerts new creations beside good female covers. She had learned croix rouge by Nathalie Makoma but never had chance to play. The sad fact is that people were laughing when she was demamding this. But I don't understand why.
Then PiRoger made everyone laughed when he asked some new car and asked why he was always the guy suspended lol. And an administrator explain to him that even Kakol, Makaba amd many othet important members got suspended, Werra told him that no one has send him to insul people (lolsuch a liar)
Then something very comic happens Werra asked everyone if they received Salary amd everyone said yes loooool. I Will never believe it lol

Woooosh I love Swahili. I think they are there but to be honest I can't remember any of Maison Mere members except Kakol, Bicorine, Sarah etc.

Swahili is mainly Bantu (90%) , Arabic (8%) and 2% other languages and so easy for Bantus. This is the reason why its widely spoken in East Africa and Eastern/Southern Congo.

I liked watching this but I also felt this should've been kept in private. I like the point Dinara made about singers should be able to be on stage even when they don't have a vocal because they can be signing a song in which they did the chorus. It's obvious Kakol and Arc En Ciel try to bully people in Werra's absence.

I don't think you will find much written in Congolese groups unless it is music written and lyrics that band is about to make these kind of meetings happens all the time in Wenge, for example the strategyof a Concert or that video that should have been secret of Croix Rouge presentation or the other video where Werra listen to Sarah's solo videos for the first time.

Lol, How they miss big opportunity to make these bands legendary. If I were Werra I would instruct my PA to take minutes of this meeting and remind me to action them accordingly but again he called himself The King of the Jungle, this is truly a jungle where the strongest survives.

Loooool crooks. God, I'm not a musician but I have a thousand ideas on how I could easily make these bands legendary. Very selfish people, WMM is such a big entity managed by clowns. I mean this band should survive after Werra's retirement/Demise but Werra would rather die with it than to leave a legacy of a band.

Stories like you get at the airport only to find you have been replaced, being ignored, suspension without knowing why and for how long,salary/contracts not being honoured etc.
If only they formalise the industry so that when joining you know what is in store for you.

They will never. Werra, Koffi, Fabregas, Fally and many others Congolese leaders do not regulate the Congolese market simply because it is convenient to them. Let's say Maison Mere taking an Iniesta he come from Lacoste Group he asks for money but you tell him he must work hard. Ask around and find a donor the donor tells him I will give you this much momey if you make a song for me. He makes a song maybe they put it on the albim and he gets a bit of cash. Now Werra hadn't spent a single Franc on Iniesta, nor for clothes nor for food, the only thing Werra is paying is for studio time that directly benefits him. On the other side Iniesta got momeu by a total external force and becoming richer than before, maybe he makes it to the trip for Arab coumtries and Africa tours, getting even more money. Once again Werra spend only money for travels and instruments to bring out. Why would Werra want to pay Iniesta? Or make it official that the Salary of Iniesta have to come directly through Werra? The reason why Gaz Mawete, Innoss'B and the Mbeya Mbeya guy are going for solo career right from the getgo instead of trying to make it in big groups it is because if you make it on your own in Congo boy you will be rich forever (If you are smart) otherwise if you go into big groups you might get parked on the second team (Both Wenge have a loooot of guys who are in the second group from ages) and that doesn't mean money since you are not on stage and have not the possibility to bring donors to you. Take for example Liboka Ya Pondu it has been 7 years almost 8 since Liboka made his debut with Satellite and he only appear twice once on Satellite and the other one in the best of a Christmas generique that put togheter all of the recent big cries of Wenge and in the Christmas song him and Diego weren't even inthe video. If you were Liboka what would you do if you could go back in time be in a big group or become a solo act? In Wenge MM you might have luck but in BCBG boy. You have seen how much the PPU and other members who were at the spot of JDL, RIO amd Kibens have struggleto even get a minute live
