Nah even when I am gonna have the money I will never buy house from Congolese musicians, I hope Mere Amazon get her house sold because I have heard she is struggling a lot now, aren't her kids (recognized kids) helping her out? I have heard that both the official and the non official kids of Wemba hates him.

Actually, he put the house on the make back in 2014, but couldn’t find a buyer. From my experience, housing that a complete customized by the owner cannot find buyers because not everything is in taste. Example - Michael Jordan’s completely custom Chicago house that been on sale for 8 years and lost more than half it’s value

In the Loi clips, the house was under construction - with everything that's been added it's almost unrecognizable compared to then. Attentat and Force de Frappe we're predominant filmed at his other house and parital shots were done here

I believe he want to sell it because he possibly do not have a producer for his u arena event.. Just watch ..once he get a buyer and the money os secured. He will then announce the event date. I think they possibly asked hom for lots of money.as deposit or something to secure a day.

He already announced the date in that interview he did. Why would anyone sell a mansion he suffered to build and only to sell it to fund his own concert, what kind of dumb shit is that if that’s what he’s doing.

it depends on areas and sometimes certain people get cut prices, in their peak jb koffi werra all had over 20 houses
but the standard of houses they have are mostly expensive at least 5 numbers

Crazy to think how that could be the case as you would think that customized features in and out the house would add to the value of the house but it work out that way. I also understand as I wouldn't want the number 23 on my front gate.
