Yes. His own childhood friends confirmed that to PiRoger it is sad because his name wasn't established enough and his death his overshadowed by many many things.

Even if you want it you can't stay in WMM for ever sooner or later Kakoo will try to push you out if you are charismatic or getting to close to Werra (Prince, Lobeso) or you will have the administration putting against your best friend (Brigade vs Heritier) or Werra will sense you are too old and ignore you and treat you like crap until you leave.
