Why have such a big cast ? It annoys me it looks like he just wants to show that he can bring together the biggest for his album, I don't see why he put so many people on an album ????

Yh I see what you mean almost like he is trying to flex and show off, but if it’s for the sake of quality and he makes it work then I wouldn’t mind so we shall wait and see.

its david monsoh who is wanting it that way from what i was told today,he was really hurt with the way people turned retirada into a flop and said that he failed in doing like with fally a continental banger with first album and that he has lost his mojo as a producer anyways
so he decided that this album would be done on the standard of some of the classics of congolese music,with experienced session artists coming in to boost album
just today i saw on wata's instagram him in studio with lenny bidens,mazembe and julio nzau of victoria who came for chorus
by the way team wata is preparing an album in the same time as heritier's he had put project on hold after mpaka arnake and co left but it seems they have restarted during the lockdown

Waah, as I have stated going solo is not as simple as it looks.
I think the whole group thing is dying in Congo. I meam Congo is the poorest country in the world, you will not convince a 23 year old guy to join your group and hoping to get paid maybe 100 dollars a month when they have Innoss, Gaz Mawete, Rebo DJ from Kinshasa and Brazzaville nd many other artists having success of their own with all due respect the PPU's staying that long time with JB amd Sonor staying that long with Roga are just stupid moves to me. The whole group concept is failed to begin with because is not physically possible to see a guy with 100 musician in the group and expects he pays all. Going solo should be the move from the first time you think about doing music because being in the group will get you nowhere

There's no business infrastructure to protect African people's intellectual property or stimulate equitable profit from it, those men you have mentioned are enjoying their success from non-African institutions.
Inoss was given a platform through a Vodacom (ran by non-Black South Africans) and French subsidiaries like Bomayé Musik. Until Congolese leadership establish law and order, the people will be struggle as usual or flee as economic migrants to neighboring countries.
