in the early days of wenge before mulolo i had given one song to the group which was sang by jb werra wes koka and blaise but it did not make the cut like many other songs(jb had turned it into a song for the daughter of one guy from army who he wanted to date so it got kinda censored)
then after hi ho ha album i had come with another but nsone used glimpses of it in intervention rapide and jb used in internet it was already then a jb werra duet of question reponse
i used to love writing back then but i dont know if its age or what i had lost that patience to start then have a sudden lack of ideas then take days or weeks to finish
talking about writing put some respect on kibens lol even if he takes his ideas way too far sometimes lol but i have seen how the guy can produce songs the same day back then easily just by watching tv

Btw, who was Wes Koka where did he go ? Because after Mulolo we didn't hear him in Kin E bouge or Molangi ya Malasi of Wenge El Paris if i'm not mistaken

wes koka was a son of an ambassador or something like that who joined wenge coming from another group but then went to europe as his parents were against him doing music

You write "love" songs or songs dealing with subjects such as social life, political life ?

honestly whats more natural to me was social life stuff or even political,but i could do love ones too
i like observing a lot people's behaviour and things like that,i have never said it on any forum but if i were to really really pick a favourite congolese artist it would be jean goubald,despite having a little bit of history with some other bigger names

As a film & screen writer myself, I’d advise you to carry on even if it doesn’t take you a day to finish keep it and come back to it another day.

In thethe tumba nsone took some parts but modified the original version by inserting mabanga
that song was about a guy whose woman had left him and gone in another city and nsone was pleading to get her back while jb in ficarré's song(along with bikou's part) did the response of the woman saying she will wait for him to come even if people criticize her for having been single for long(monzemba in lingala )

I said it ndeko. We could actually get two volumes of the book from them. One talking about rumba music before generation wenge and another after generation wenge.
I personally would like to sit with a song writer and just understand their thought process. Because come to think of it, i think its way too difficult to tell a beautiful story in 6 minutes than it is to tell a story in a hour or in a book. That is why in more developed societies writers are well respected than the musicians or actors... There was an interview Roga Roga did if i remember well while in his home and he started explaining the thought process on how to a write song but the interviewer changed the topic and started asking about how many kids he has bla bla bla. I just said this "journalist" has lost a once in lifetime opportunity to understand such a complex craft from one of the best. Lol

I know Werra will try to block you if you try to write a book about Wenge but please do it, like I have already said your wisedom is something needed in Congolese music.

more seriously God allowing i will do it one day,i have a problem with writing which is that i tend to write better when i am inspired and do a long part or the whole thing one-short,as soon as i start struggleing i tend to postpone a lot,i think i am naturally like that in all my life when i wake up and i feel something it goes smooth
