the first part of my translation will be incomplete as i have to stop for now at 41st minute but i will also include that part about court which he explained later and i might complete missing parts later

he says they were paid what they had agreed after each concert(unless leader decided to make them wait because of bad mood or whatever,like all leaders) and that people have a perception of him as an impolite because he says things as it is he will always say positive about fally when he has to and also has the right to say what he found negative,respect is mutual and he gives example of fally having a pejorative way of calling people petit,indeed they are younger but they are adults now and gives example of himself fally who was called "bobengela nga petit wana fally" by wamba sassou in a brazzaville concert, it got fally super upset and he ignored him and gave him zero shoutout in concert,so he is in a good position to understand that there is other ways of alluding calmly to younger brothers

but fally claimed he missed 12 concerts which is false and created the paternity leave as an excuse to put himself in good light to people,he had applied for visa before the group and when the group had to apply for stade de france concert they wanted to apply again since he was the atalaku who was part of choreography and like said above the one who could interpret all but his visa was given later so they went without him but still to show he did not have a bad plan once he arrived in europe he still performed with them,and went back with them in an african concert then fally decided they had to go to kin and in kin he started seeing strange behaviour so he decided to go back to europe on his own and thats where fally pulled the paternity leave trick,and he says like he said he will say positive when it is negative when it is and he reveals that he paid all tickets on his own but fally handed him back 1000 dollars via his employee coco dilasso and he told coco to give it to one of his aunts in kin and take 100 out of it
later one he explained that he did not filed a complaint against fally,what happened is that fally's guys attacked him(and kanza,i remember them going on tv with torn clothes and cambodge sent again on tv to threaten them) in a bar and he filed a complaint against them,and its them who said they did it either on order of fally or themselves to defend fally,and since they mentioned fally court called fally like it happens legally when somebody's name get involved( but our police operating like animals stormed at fally's house to get him to court) but no way he filed a complaint directly against fally

About him leaving the group he said he was sent to discuss with group admins like agazul and he confirmed them he had no intent of leaving,but his fate was already decided and somebody had to announce the "paternity leave",and spokesmen and marketing director of then alain nzambe declined doing it,which journalist nathy lokole who is a close friend of fally took upon himself to announce it and throw shade at him
nolly asks if he thinks the fact he was getting european papers was not welcome in the group and he says yes and he had endured things which showed it but its not necessary to talk about it,and anyways even with artists who openly say they have a band its often a problem too,only koffi seemed to have not much problem with it for him
and as for why leaders do not like it,he thinks its because leaders think you dont have anymore to bow and say amen to everything in order to be on list,and it bothers them and in his case fally and his guys were fearing that it would give desire to the whole european list of then which was barely changeing and came together several times but at the same time fally and his guys or the leaders in general will say " its a good thing you got papers thats one visa less to worry about and more ease if we have for a example a showcase" which is not exactly what they deeply think
he is asked about his bad reputation of a rebel,and he says he is not a rebel,he just wants to be respected,if somebody because he is older or bigger wants to be respected he has to give that respect back too,when he joined the group he did not have kids yet but fally or leaders in general have to understand that they are not meant to eternally remain single sleeping girls left right center and living in a little studio,they have to grow and handle responsabilities,while leaders seem to want to see them remain forever exactly like how they arrived in the group as youngsters
he is asked the usual question of being grateful for everything he has now and he says no because thats belittleing somebody's intelligence to claim "x has become like this because of y ",leaders take you on tour because they need you then what you achieve for yourself is up to you(and thats true,manyyyyy could have got european papers long ago but they were not interested as touring was enough for them to come with gifts) and people can see with their eyes that each of the guys who remained in fally's group are handleing their life the way they want or they can,which shows that leader estimate that they have done their part in bringing you to europe and its up to you to grab what you can grab,so why once you have grabbed what you can glory has to return again to the leader and that fally himself said recently in an interview that he cant put his musicians on his head and guide them here and there to make them have the image people can expect from musicians of a succesful artist like fally which proves that when artists do well in group,its because leader needs their service and they are smart enough themselves to grab opportunities,otherwise everybody would be very well from being under a succesful leader,and for his case he learned how to organize himself with the money he was receiving plus mabanga and co because he wanted to be well and he can acknowledge that fally used to give advice to his musicians how to do to be well as a band member and that fally was even asking them how they were finishing easily their 100 dollars of salary,and was telling them then "its hard for me to spend 100 dollars in a bar " to give them idea that they should save some instead of just partying with everything
and he insists he is not as bad as people see him he just doesnt want to be direspected and he saw fally in an interview with papy mboma say "petit moko na pesa vie atindeli nga ba soldats"(a young guy who have "give life to" sent soldiers to my house (many congolese people not just in music like to take God-like prestige and self praise out of helping somebody ) and he insists its false
what happened is that fally's court jesters came to bother and assault him while he was chilling at fiesta nightclub and nolly says but you say fally's court jesters not fally himself how come fally says you filed complaint against him,and equaliseur says listen i filed a complaint againt those guys who bothered me,then its themselves when they were on judicial hearing they mentioned the name of fally thats where the name of fally came into the story as judges wanted to hear fally since his name got involved by his guys but in order to ruin his image fally went on tv(after sendng nathy several times to throw shots at him about that) to say that petit wana sent soldiers to my house to arrest me and thats something i will never forgive,which he never did and it hurts him that fally remains with that image and spread it to his fans because its not him who got the name of fally involved because he had no reason to file a complaint against fally
he says in his time there,fally was paying them 50 dollars per concert in kinshasa and 100 as soon as you have gone outside a congo border so whether its in brazza or everywhere on earth,they received 100 each at olympia and 200 each at zenith
he is not a hypocrite when he sees good things he says when he has to say he is unhappy he says too unlike some who are still there and are unhappy but are afraid to talk but what people interpret as him being impolite is simply replies to things said either by fally himself or on his behalf,he never came out of nowhere to talk bad
nolly asks if he was not bothered by the fact people say fally does not give spotlight to his musicians and he says not at all for him it was normal because fally said in theory that it was a session group to help him perform,and he understands that fally needed to prove himself first so it was normal that he released a lot of very self centered stuff and now he is giving some songs to the guys
he said guys who went to "standard groups" who promote people earned a name like deplick or fabregas and nolly asked if he was there when fabregas was with fally he says fabregas was with them in fally's group and he was tested and recruited but fally was saying is voice is too raw and one day fally returned to kin for a concert and was called on stage to do modogo's vocal instead of pitshou luzolo who usually did it, and fabregas did it well but for whatever reason fally told him "dont come to my group ever again"
and that maybe one day fally will properly promote his musicians but it all depends on him but its also up to musicians to grab opportunities because in life you can be given privilege or opportunity if its not destined to you to become a certain way it will not work out
and for example with his own case,he thinks even just the fact fally said "merci equaliseur" when he was doing animation on generique gave him opportunities to seize( i think its true you can see how people consider boloke after the few times faly has also commented on him on generiques) but it can happen also that a leader praises you several times but it creates nothing because you are not destined to be in spotlight
for example a way to give his musicians spotlight for fally could have been at bercy letting them sing some songs on their own to learn how to interact with crowd better,like they used to do in early days of the group but unfortunately fally prefers giving that privilege to people like gaz mawete or robinio who have not sweat even for a second on stage for him and he says what also helped him earn himself a name is that atalakus were given much more space to shine in the group than singers so people knew him kasangidi and kabuya easily
he is asked why he did not last long in quartier latin he says koffi loved him but people started bringing to him reports that he wants to go to maison mere to replace brigade who just left and from then every animation he came with koffi would take and give it to cindy and he was surprised to discover when gone to europe on his own that koffi had decided to do a second version of the generique which was meant to present him as a quartier latin member,done this time by cindy
he remembers that when brigade left there was the francophony concert at stade des martyrs and they were looking for somebody to cover for the sudden loss of brigade (and ended up poaching brandon from cultura) and they approached him
he is asked about his role models and he says mboshi celeo cnn and tutu caludji and he says it is easier for tenorist atalakus to handle concert on their own they have more stamina and he gives his own example that he was sometimes doing concerts on his own in africa which guys like kabuya cant do because rough voice is too demanding but boloke can do it

Equaliseur is one talented animator. I hope he can find get a deal to do a proper solo album. He is a very good animator.

What I liked is that he openly included Mboshi and CNN amongst his role models, since they rarely get the praise.
