Cindy must've really had Koffi wrapped around her finger for him to cancel an entire tour because she had no visa. It's like making plans with your entire family, only to drop them at the last minute because of one relative who objected to the plans or didn't want to go.

Okay that makes sense, but if Koffi didn't play U-Arena because Cindy didn't get a visa for some reason then that would just be bad.
