The trend is the same in Africa. A while ago it was a similar one trending song here in Kenya with all ages dancing to it. The competition seems to be how vulgar one can get. These songs receive huge claims on social media.

Modern music is mostly trash.

On the mainstream level, you do not have artists anymore, you have businessmen, products, and scammers.

Artistry and finesse are out of the window.

Extreme vulgarity is everywhere everytime.

Sad.

Unfortunately pornography has dominated entirely the music scene. Just vulgar lyrics and no creativity. Basically now Pornography has nationalized into music and films, where porn has more importance than actual substance. I mean there is barely anything without pornography.
