Is the atalaku the same in Aime Buanga's "Humanité", that voice sounds familiar to me.

No, because the atalaku on Humanite was Kennedy Mbala who settled in Paris since 1991 (not having French papers, which makes it impossible to return to Kinshasa). A confirmed Congolese artist in Europe would ever participate on an album of a group that's looking for fame. Lavignora Estheique was from Lemba, which used to fight against Wenge Musica in the 80s and did everything to succeed but in the 90s but never reached that level, like many bands of that era (Promise Musica, La Geneva, Eden Musica, SVP La Gamme, Royaume Lifaki, etc.)
