Cegra Karl is a singer who initially was with Extra Musica then joined Doudou Copa's band where he made his name,Doudou was one of the original Extra Musica lead vocalists,hopefully you know him if not he sounds like Koffi Olomide.
I posted some songs by Cegra here sometime last year here,he's an excellent singer. On a number of Doudou Copa's songs he's the one that sounds like Ferre.
