i think i will do better translation next time but the part which i liked is when they negotiated to lower train ticket to go from brazza to pointe noire having absolutely nowhere to sleep and luckily he came across somebody he knew and who was surprised that he became a musician and they were begging people to give them the chance to perform even just one song and then they got asked for a second song and ended up signing their first contract ever which was 200K cfa francs like 305 euros and him and pinochet thierry who went to negotiate,and in order to have their first concert they wanted to hire good instruments it was 300K but they negotiated to lower it to 150k but they wanted 250 and they were confused whether they should go and explain to roga espe and co
they seemed like a proper family shame egos destroyed it

This story is totally different from that of Roga Roga. Also the way they approached Bana I.A., etc. lol, finally an Extra Musica-member admitting that they took B.P.-B.L. (Bon Pied, Bon Look) from B.C.B.G. of Wenge Musica. Most Extra-Musica members have always difficulties to admit that or that Wenge Musica used to be their rolemodels. Interesting story about Pointe Noire and about the song Panique Totale. I can't wait for part 2. I want to hear him talk about Guy-Guy Fall's departure, the split of Extra Musica and Extra Musica's debut.

I didn't know Congo Brazzaville had diplomatic relations with the Soviet Union, I thought just Angola and Mozambique in Central Africa

Their former president Massamba-Debat was a marxist and when Marien Ngouabi took power he changed Republic Congo into the People's Republic of the Congo, adopting also a soviet flag (which stayed the flag of Congo Brazzaville until 1992, when there were "democratic" reforms). Many went to Cuba and the Soviet Union for studies or work. Some even coming back with their Cuban or Russian girlfriends, but them ending up by getting dissapointed when discovering that their Congolese men weren't loyal. There was 2 years ago, a video about it in French on France24.

He's performing with Regis Touba, RAV4 and Arafat. They had a project with Durrel back in 2011 and 2014, but that album got never released. Quetin has 4 unreleased albums on his name.

Mann they did Guy-Guy Fall dirty. That was really nasty from Roga, Espe and Durrel to do that. Escpially for the way that it had to be one of the hits on that album. They already put Herman & Doudou as leadsingers for their songs Kende & Etape instead of Guy-Guy Fall, just to humilate him. It was also unfair that Oxygene had 2 songs on Confirmation, while wasn't one of the co-founders like Guy Fall, Kila Mbongo, Durrel, Espe, Quetin, Ramatoulaye and Roga. Guy-Guy Fall is the only co-founder who hasn't a song on his name in Extra Musica. I really wonder how that song dedicated to Saddam sounded. Did Denide kept those recordingfiles ? I didn't know that Danico of Wenge Musica was dedicated to Ma'Danny of Kongolo Mobutu, I always thought that the song was dedicated to Danny Lukombo. So JB Mpiana continued to sing for her in TH, after Mobutu's fall. No wonder that the ADFL-regime was seeing him as a Mobutist.
But about Fall's leaving Extra Musica because of not having a song on the album, isn't true. Because he was still there after the release of the album, participating in concerts, touring in West-African countries, he was even there when Werrason came on his own for a few concerts in Brazzaville with Extra Musica (Werra lived there for 1 or 2 months, because ADFL was about to enter Kinshasa and he apparently also feared that they could torture them for having sung for Kongolo Mobutu). Guy-Guy Fall left just before Extra Musica's concert at Abidjan. The Extra Musica-camp claimed at that era, that Roga Roga fired him for doing nkisi on Herman and Doudou Copa.
Does the VHS of JB Mpiana live at Zenith de Paris, having 2 versions ? Because Quetin here says that you could see them seeing his song Mon Reve in that video. I used to have the VHS, but it didn't had that part. Did Suzuki beside of singing with Wenge BCBG also do the first part of JB Mpiana's Zenith ? Because he also brought a few of his musicians to Europe, with only 4 of 6 ending up by recording with him Decompte Finale.
About Durrel, Cyrille Malonga leaving Extra Musica International with all the respect I have to them was a good move. Because their way of playing on Super Helico sounded like Congolese gospel music, they had just to add frere Mbuta Kamoka and his atalaku to make it complete lol. I see that Papa Wemba really liked him alot by invited them as guest for his Zenith of 2000, which they unfortunately missed because of those problems. But they still managed, by doing Papa Wemba's first part at Olympia Bruno Coquatrix. Papa Wemba was If I remember well the godfather of Extra Musica "La Difference" and later became it of both camps Extra Musica Zangul & Extra Musica International.

I don't know if Roga Roga would accept that to do the first part of Papa Wemba with the succes they had of Etat Major and Shalai.
The journalist had to ask about the long hiatus between Merci and Virgule. But it seems that he took Ado's tactic of letting the guest talk alot and asking less. It's just that it was Quetin talking, if it was somebody else we would have known all those details, because the journalist didn't ask about that. If the journalist was smart he could ask about the Extra Musica's first tour in Europe, because their 6 month stay went apparently wrong, also hearing Quetin saying that they discovered that Denide made the name of Extra Musica his proprety that was protected by the IFPI.
It must be Roga Roga who was behind tried to block their 2011-trip, the funny thing is that he wasn't able to travel with his band to Europe since 2001 until 2018. I didn't know that Dicarson was Quetin's ngulu. But why did he make an U-turn and became a pro-Roga Roga journalist in that era ? Why were rappers forbidden to perform at Stade de France at that time ? Did it had something to do with the incident of Booba during a festival there ? I though that Passi as a "muana poto" had a good mentality, but just like those of Africa. He really did his cousin Quetin dirty by doing that. Performing at Stade de France would have boosted Quetin's cv and opended more doors. If I remember well Passi recorded in the same period a song with Roga Roga in the Kindoki-album. Passi must be ashamed of himself, he didn't call to apologize, but sended his brother after discovering that they were related. Mawa. I don't think that Maitre Gims, Dadju, Naza would have done the same thing to Ferre or Inoss, because of being Fally-fans.
