Very good album !

Heritier Wata you have grown this is a classic album you really need to know to appreciate this album. A Rumba album is sooo hard to make that when an artist release such a classic you have to applaud and appreciate. The songs are so smooth and he has placed his voice very well I also like the singers participation with their vocals. I would give this 8/5 out of 10
1.Fantome listen to the start soul taking with the female voices the lyrics are perfect Amemaka ngai na ba cuisse ne soki pongi cherie alala na ba gout man this is just there
2.Generique nice with the catchy crie of Daddy Daddy Werra
3.Sidboy This the Heritier voice I like not shouting as that causes him to crack but with this smooth is soo perfect and the vocal of Michka the chief nice
I am continuing but so far Heritier Wata well done
-
4.Mon Soleil a rumba trap track I can see this being the dance floor track at parties
5.Racoeur a wenge 4x4 kind of rumba brought into the 2020 just perfect with the lyrics nakoki bomba te kilo ya bolingo pasi eningisi ngai courant ya nzoto ya nina ekosanaaa
6.La Kayotte the begining with the lyrics takes you straight into the song another one I can see being ladies songs
7.Maman Paradis Feat Reddy Amisi brilliant from start to the end Heritier doing a viva la musica kind of rrumba and good idea to invite Reddy
8. Telema good beat
-
I like the song Gombe na Gombe! I'm getting "Magali" vibes from it!! This is so far the best rumba album that could close a dreadful year!
-
i feel for olivier who had a couple of files lost, hopefully in the mi demon cd there is more of his parts
the song with reddy is soo goood reddy still has his voice
looking forward to the generique with alvarito,if its still released
-
How many generiques are there?
-
3 in total,1 in mi ange 2 in mi demon which will be released in coming days
-
Eish eish I can't wait to hear Bercy's 2nd Gen, I would love to believe its where he sang those catchy cries.

Ahhh so no joy for us generique / seben lovers, too bad
-
good luck to heritier to sing roi manitou live in a day of normal or below par form lol man really pushed himself to extreme of his capacity there

We both know he will never sing this song on these notes live lol

You already know lol its a struggle for us
-
i am pretty sure he will try at least once,to test himself,he is very confident of his ability to do well on high notes regardless of form
hopefully he does not transform it like 13 ans which has almost never been sung the way it is in studio

Track 11 - Ivre d'amour top 1 of the album, 20/10
La Kayotte 22/10 ;D ;D
Both are wonderful songs.
When it comes to pure rumbas, Heritier is doing the job.
-
1 minute of appreciation for michka ngandu who completely channelled his inner blaise bula on sidboy, very good display from him its like he has kept an edge over olivier in the department and has shown here that he could even go deeper than olivier in the same chorus on some chorus, which was unthinkable that it could exist for some maison mere fans when he was there

He needs to have more Sebene
i second this hee comment
-
My top songs in order of sweetness. I love rhumba so that explains my list
1. La Kayotte
2. Racoeur
3. Ma Seule Raison
4. Ivre d’-Amour
The four are on a playlist been playing non-stop for two days and till Christmas then I’ll think of something else to listen to. All the other songs apart from the generique are not to my taste but am sure they got fans with different musical preferences in their millions .

Heritier Wata's second album Mi-Ange (Tout Simplement moi) My Angel (Just Simply Me) is out now.

After listening to this album for a week, I can say that Heritier and his entire team did a really job. This is a good sophomore album, Heritier really showed why he is called monsieur le chanteur (Mr. The Singer). Michka is Blaise Bula's vocal twin. I just wish they there would have been another generique and a sebene song.
My favorites are Mi ange mi demon, La Kayotte (my favorite) Gombe na Gome, Ivre d' amour.

You don't fancy Racouer and Ma Seule Raison? I assume anyone with the taste and preference to enjoy La Kayotte and Ivre d'amour would enjoy both as well.

Honestly Heritier did a good job to make a song combining OK Jazz odemba (Saxo, trompet...), Tcha Tcho (with Caen Madoka at the guitar section) and modernity. Heritier even said that he called the brass section of the Orchestre Philarmonique de Paris to do the Odemba part on Ivre d'amour.

This is a very good album.
Outside of these 2 or 3 RnB fusion type of rumbas, the rest of the album is the best we had this year.
Heritier has a bright future ahead of him. He seems to take the craft seriously. He and the boys played real rumbas and they did it well.
I hope the second half will be as good or even better.

Heritier is an awesome singer but spoils it often when he screams. It is such a listening pleasure that in the whole album he has restrained himself and there is no screaming at all. His voice is wonderfully controlled and his singing is a joy throughout Mi Ange
