He needs a proper diet and exercise; these guys eat and drink like they're in their twenties.

Post by: CM PRINCE on January 08, 2021, 08:08: This broke my heart seeing him like this. I saw him at a party in liege a few years ago and he looked like the Afande we all know. He needs to lose weight and get medical help ASAP, health at his age ain’t nothing to play with. My prayers are with him.

Post by: archos on January 08, 2021, 10:39: guys afande has been sick for past years,and had recovered but i think this whole corona and its lockdown caused setback on him its not the right context for you to get out of years of disease with such a mentally difficult context to cope with,he needed to go out breath fresh air,workout meet people and i think he could not do most of it
i thought exactly the same thing when i saw the video

Post by: SLY PAPA NA KEVIN on January 09, 2021, 14:45: I was scared and thinking i would see a frail and sick Alain Mpela only to find it's the same Afande except he's aged a bit and has slightly gained weight. He's 50 years old this year,we can surely expect him to look the way he looked when he was active as a young band leader in the late 90's and early's 2000's. He's never had a 6 pack for starters, he's always had a potbelly like JB no matter how they exercise.
