Isn't this the song that Baby Ndombe used to sing with his band of Lingwala (I forgot the name of that band, the band had musicians like Bob Lorenzo and Pitshou Santiago) ?

Many people see this rhtyhm as the Wenge-style, because the way Wenge 4x4 used it in the song La Vie from the Anges Adorables-abum and many bands of youngsters starting to copy it from 1994. But its actual the style Choc Stars used in Riana, being influenced by the Zouk-style of the French-West Indies.

Stars musica,i always thought bob lorenzo came from europe to join maison mere then el paris
indeed it sounds like the type of songs they would be playing in those premiere partie before bigger groups,nice guitar by tolbert solo and animation by baby's younger brother one of the twins who also did animation on soleil's recent generique

He was in Kinshasa, it were his looks and the way he was built who made him look that he came from Europe. I think that those criteria made Maison Mere recruit him quickly and shortly later EL Paris, while he didn't know how to sing.

talking about baby i just saw in an interview adolphe telling baby that he will be there on valentines day for baby's oldest daughter's wedding mannn this show quickly old these guys have become time went too fast
