Title: FERRE AND FALLY COLLABORATING
Post by: Captain on February 03, 2021, 14:46
So, yesterday Ferre was on Instagram Live with a foreign journalist, i think from Côte d’Ivoire, because it was a french interview. Now i personally haven’t watched the live but today this picture was posted by the Instagram page mentioned by in the picture itself. Now I have seen on Twitter that this was taken out of context, but i am posting this to see how much you guys think a producer should pay these two for a featuring, or even a duo-album like Wake Up ? Now also keep in mind the personal side of this, like Ferre’s Premier Soin interview, which Dicap probably hasn’t forgotten

quick translation: Ferre Gola: “I’m ready to collaborate with anyone from my country, why not Fally?”

It’s a PR stunt, Every time artists do a foreign interview it’s completely different to the ones they do in Kin. They both always say when interviewed abroad “If a producer pays us well then we’ll collaborate”, loool people have approached them and they decline.
For example in the past especially in french interviews they both speak on how they admire each other and what songs they like from each other, and even going as far as saying they’re brothers, now they would NEVER EVER say this in Kin.

Personally, I don’t think this might happen either, closest we’ll get to them together might be a concert where one invites the other and they sing like QL songs together, and if that does happen hopefully it won’t be in Kinshasa but  in Europe, because in Kin it might just end in a fara-fara

Is for dumb stuff like this that Nigerians took over, while Congolese are still in need overt shared woman and who is the best, almost 50 year old men acting like 15 year old children

They won’t do it, IF and that’s a very big IF they were to do it it would be when they’re in their 50s or 60s and no longer in their primes. For them to even be at the same place it’s unlikely, the last time was at Babia Ndonga’s funeral but they weren’t anywhere near each other. The last time they appeared on the same song was the song for Congo which was 10 years ago.

You’re right, as Archos once said our music would be miles ahead if our artists didn’t behave like spoiled kids. Clan Wenge really ruined everything with their stupid ideology about don’t work with the enemy, it’s all about competition, those guys were a really bad influence on the 5th generation which they will also pass onto the 6th generation. They had to be like Koffi, Wemba and Kester.

This is why I always say that 'generation Wenge' is the worst generation in our music.

Wrong very wrong Wenge brought fair competition, you will notice even when the group were with Sadam Mobutu's son they never made or sto others to succeed i.e wenge aile paris @ co. Quartier Latin is the camp who have destroyed our music silently with the truth right on our faces but people choose to turn a blind eye.

Do you know Koffi is the number one envy artist who use and still make false campaign even going to the length of sending people from those countries to stop shows ask Defao, Nioka longo they will tell you

Fally goes on National channels saying Rumba is dead with the media behind himno matter what Ferre Gola, JB Mpiana were correcting this message but with the media who should know better but pushed this message thank God this is not the case anymore

QL is a camp who will do whatever to destroy their competition they don't like competition

Oh God... you’re biasness with anything related to Ferre is something else. You can lie to yourself all you want, but everyone knows Wenge ruined everything. Even guys like Tabu Ley and Kester called them out for having a bad influence on the genre.
Werra and Jb also made calls to try and block musicians ask Fally, your boy Ferre, Heritier and Fabregas.
What Rhumbas has Jb produced in the past 6 years please? And if Koffi is the one that ruined everything then how come he did a whole album with Papa Wemba, has Werra done the same? No has Jb? No, has Ferre? No. At least QL have reunion shows, how many reunion shows has Wenge had? Oh yeah that’s right none.

CM Prince many of you go by what you told but in the music circle they will tell you QL is the dirtiest, envy and more of a camp than others the only difference is Wenge, Viva, Zaiko, OK Jazz they will say it as it is but QL biggest hypocrite do things to others in the down low

I’m sorry bro, but the stuff Wenge has done is hella evil, they didn’t only tried to get rid of competition, they pushed their own members out, like come on now. Les Marquis is living proof. Baby Ndombe getting 12’ed because of something he didn’t even do. I’m not saying QL were angels, but let’s be honest. Wenge are sore sore sore losers

There’s actually no point debating with you, you’ve ignored every point I’ve made. You’re soooo bias against QL because of your dislike for Koffi and Fally due to the past Polémique with Ferre, it’s clearly a waste of time debating with you.

I don't think is Wenge or QL but both. Koffi never wanted Fally or any of the QL members to succeed hence why you only see Cindy having the spotlight and the other singers being barely known, Werra never wanted his "sons" to succeed but I guess that after Sous-Sol he understood how much respect and credit he could have if he embraced that role of formateur same with Koffi acknowledging success of Fally. It isn't Wenge or QL is both We have heard about Brigade and Apoca fighting each other, Fally and Ferré not talking, Soleil being a bully hitting people and for Wenge also Baby being 12'd saying that he wanted to sleep with the wife's boss? Bill, Celeo and Ferré being left a lot of times with no money or for going back to Koffi guys getting fired for no reason, it is deeply rooted in Congolese people since Mobutu and Lumumba, I mean Papa Wemba also with the way he used to sleep with his musician wife was a bad influence but I don't see anyone saying that Viva was bad or the Sapeur fenomeno is what killed Congo? The problem is that Congolese artists are guys who usually come from poverty and never experienced power or being wanted in their broke days, so once they get the power they get full of themselves and let people compete against themselves to distract them from the fact that they are not paying them.

No. People from the 3rd generation used to beef but they still made music together. Papa Wemba and Kester despite their deep conflicts used to have shows together. Koffi and Vieux Bokul gave us Wake UP. Luambo and Tabu Ley, despite their rivalry, gave us an album also.

It's not something specific to congolese people. It's something the Wenge generation brought. They can't put their beef aside to give us good music. It was not like that before.

i d more say that even if wenge "brought" it ,it coincided with a massive downfall of mentality among congolese people, you can check in every aspect of our society people are much much more evil that in the 1990's,much much more competitive which made  kindoki completely blossom, you can now how peanut sellers sending mbasu to each other at the same moment that the office guys are entering all sorts of lodges to have a good position in their company
and its so true that most our artists change when they are abroad or talking with people from abroad, while in drc you will see situations where fally ended up talking well of ferre  a bit too well going even as far as naming his favourite ferre songs  then calling to get it removed  after hearing his staff talk or channelling his inner esprit wenge rando ti na suka, and same with ferre
the roles of the staffs is big too,if our artists knew how to unite their congolese staffs would have 5 people  and not 45 50 people with only 2 3 having a clear role ,the conflicts give those guys a lifeline
funnily enough those as much as wenge get the blame for causing division, the two biggest wenge ambassadors jb and werra are the best  example of how polemic should be (at least the way it became in the last 10 years gradually),their spokesmen can insult each other as much as they want over a certain period it does not change anything between themselves and they end up shutting people's mouth being seen together
their problem is that they want crazy money to do things together which is not quite compatible to their current position,in africa promoters only tolerate madness in contracts when you are in your peak with everything flowing at crazy pace
they started planning something together "for free",written by their friend kibens  on some songs and late shela but they were very hurt and discouraged with the way press treated their reunion at grand hotel

Well, following the topic of Ferre collaborating, yesterday he was on RFI, and they let people call him and ask him questions, someone asked about Werrason being on Dynasty, Ferre said it is a project between former colleagues, and that he is the patron so he shouldn’t really be in it.. So what are we saying, is Ya Ngiama being pushed out of this album or is this just out of respect ? And let’s not be biased towards anyone here

the girl who did interview with ferre is not a journalist but a web comedian who does mashups  of  trending topics, picking catchphrases of famous or "random" people, french blunders ....
