It's not Papa Wemba's channel. Rigo Makengo himself posted the album in the platforms including Youtube music. Since 2019 (i think), YouTube started merging Topic channels with official artists channels, and it's on the description: (P) 2001 Clarys Music, provided to YouTube by TuneCore
