It was before. Ocean ran away LSC and Kabobo didn’t take part to the little African tour they made before coming back to Kinshasa which they since January 2000

RIP Ocean. I really liked the Attentat/ Sur La route de Bercy 1999/2000 lineup, it’s quite underrated. I wouldn’t have minded another album with that full lineup, I wish and hope there are more rare vhs out there of the concerts in 1999.
