Actually Papy Tex was singing Sango ya Mawa. It was sebene remake of this song when Djouna Mumbafu was animating.

Pepe Kalle was indeed not in his best shape. Possibly they had too much the night before. It seems everyone was tired from probably having too much fun like drinking.
