Why would he have to lie?
Kakol never hid the fact that he is into spiritual things he indirectly said that when an administration member I guess Yanki Mpui died and said that it wasn't witchcraft because those weren't the ways and Japonais is the most recent notable members who spoke about 12 the same with Kapaya why would Trésor Nzinga have to lie. Anyway to your point it is strange that he openly speaks about Witchcraft in Maison Mere with him being against it to then join Koffi, which ai like to call the biggest Demon we have in earth, maybe that is a sign he could have lied about some parts of the story, because to be honest if you gonna join QL that is not the place for pastors you gonna do deep spiritual things.

I mean if WMM did like JB does or WAZEKWA do of always treating everybody nice and giving them huge benefits etc, would we really see people succeed from WMM? I mean yes Werra is disgusting most of the time (and I say it as a Maison Mere huuuuuuuuuuuge fan, I can sing any générique if Maison Mere eyes closed just with the music playing) but what he does is necessary, life is hardhships life is unfairness, so yes you might not have the best years of your life being in Wenge but bro Wenge prepare you for life. as for the temperament thing,overall i think its something they are automatically meant to do,its almost like a crime for leaders and especially their surroundings to be too nice with musicians because for them it breaks the respect they get
for example back in mid 2000's leaders would eat at times with musicians in same plates,which got some musicians "too comfortable" for their liking and thinking they are friends now so they have more authority than they believe (case of djino for example)

what used to reinforce also the mean side of leaders back in the days is that they had to cope with big talent and big egos aswell(qli generation sam generation fally,wmm generation ferre generation heritier,and in bcbg you'll see most somebody like aimelia who was starting to feel like he took makaba's third leader spot while alain took blaise's whereas,or somebody like mboka who cant take bullshit for too long and left and join many groups because of that,or the early ppus aspiring to be promoted like the qli and maison mere guys they played in street groups,while there was the th team in front)
unfortunately for them PPU's or even the generation of fudji until last 10 years or so they were considered as 2nd team,when leaders see you as reserve you are even easier target for rude behaviour,for example if you raise your hand in reunion to say something they'll tell you " so you believe you have joined the group?" as for them the real members are the loyal first teamers or expected to be loyal hence the clashes when the guys rebel(or the pacific relationship like with generation th which is never a threat of rebelling)

Yeah remember when Chikito spoke about his time in QL and Les PPU he said he spoke with Koffi multiple times and sometimes Koffi would give him money and even gave him money when he left the group, whilst with JB he only ever spoke with Jb three times

there is treat nice and treat nice guys,talking about giving money for example guys like koffi and jb are known in the game as "sentimental guys" who can give you 10 times your salary in aday when in the mood,then you have the school of the werra's and nioka longo's who are more of "you are in an environment where money flows,create for yourself dont bother me"
as for the temperament thing,overall i think its something they are automatically meant to do,its almost like a crime for leaders and especially their surroundings to be too nice with musicians because for them it breaks the respect they get

I think that that is a part of life tbh. I mean we all know how it is when you act too much friendly with a friend a woman a co worker or even family members what happens ? They start to belittle you or as we say in Congo "Ba Bandi ko manqué yo" so I understand leader like Werra being super friendly with Celelo even listening to Baby Ndombe's ideas for the group and now ignoring guys like Ya Lobebe despite his contribution in the group. As Archos said look what has happened with Djino and I will add look what happened with Bill (whom have spent half of his career in the beginning to diss Werra and making songs about how bad Werra was) whom made it seems like Werra was the bad guy despite Werra giving so much time and space to Bill to shine etc. Yes as fans we might not like leaders acting in this childish way but at the same time, I prefer that over Djino being like "I saved JB's career".

Yes and No. Yes Werrason does tell his bootlickers that he wants to get rid of a given musician. But no because Werrason himself would tell them what to do with that given musician. First of all Werrason has set up a culture that I call in Lingala "Nakobeta yo to nakobetama". I will beat you or I will be beaten but in a spiritual sense. So Werrason allows people to create drama and create tension since day one when he formed Wenge Musica Maison Mere with Didier Lacoste and Adolphe Dominguez. So afterwards Werrason created his bootlicking empire with the likes of Sankara de Kunta around. So when Werrason decides to get rid of a musician, he will complain to his bootlickers and let it be known that he wants this given musician gone. Whether it be Baby Ndombe or recently Bobby Ronaldinho. So his bootlickers will then decide to do whatever dirty operation to get rid of that musician while Werrason looks the other way because he knows that they are going to get rid of that given musician with whatever operation they decide to. In other words, Werrason does not need to tell what dirty operation to do, he knows that they will do his bidding on their own ways of doing it and they will do it differently to every musician that Werrason wants to get rid of.
