 like its well know in congolese music,unless you really make a proper name for yourself or benefit of europe tours its often hard for instrumentists to have and change cars continuously when needed
and as a sign of reward for their hard work for shaping the mi ange mi demon project despite a lot of their work being reworked in europe studios,heritier offered his instrumentists japonais,champion vualu,manzeku na mbonda and co new cars

So Japonais stayed as a member of the group? What relationship he has? Do Olivier and Japonais gets treated as employees or gets treated as big brothers/administrators like the way Sankara/PiRoger and Kakol are treated by Werra?

japonais is a special member of the group who has a certain freedom some dont have(for example he is on dynastie project,and is still playing in studio when requested)
as for olivier  he is treated as the childhood little brother but as one of the chefs at same time,but being a singer he is more having to also "create for himself" unlike instrumentists i dont know if you see what i mean

Good for Heritier for rewarding his people on their work and congrats to those who got the new cars.
