May his soul rests in peace. If I'm not mistaken he had arthritis, which prevented him from playing the guitar for decades,

My favorite work of Ya'Nene was Dossier X of Aurlus Mabele. I was surprised the way he adapted to the ndombolo-style after playing years long Soukous.

This is my favorite album of Arlus Mabele (RIP). Nene Tchakou did a remarkable job

He also had a debilitating stroke in the 2000's like Shiko Mawatu
