Why are Congolese journalists so lazy ? Nolly Tambu thinking that Joel Mbetenge was known for Wenge Maison Mère. While he was already famous in the 80s in Kinshasa at Place Victoire with his shop and the first known photographer in France when he came and Bozi dedicating and song for him, Joel Photo Mbetenge really being close to Viva La Musica receiving often shout-outs from Wemba, Reddy and Stino.
