Basically it goes from country to country a stream can get you paid 0.007 per stream in USA if you get your song streamed on Apple Music or 0.004 if you get streamed on Spotify streams vary from country to country so each country has his own streaming system

Tidal and another streaming service called Qobuz offer the best streaming royalties. Apple is ok and Spotify is essentially the worst especially with poor sound quality they offer. I abandoned Spotify in 2015 and use Tidal/Qobuz & Apple Music who all offer lossless.
