I don't know. The only thing that I know is that the most names are reactions and reference to a pact or period. Examples are Kibuisa Mpimpa, Force d'Intervation Rapide, Solola Bien, Titanic, Anti Terro, Monde Arabe, Danger de Mort where Werrason reacted with Sous Sol, Temps Present, Arche de Noe, K.O. Debout, Yebela Visision, Noblesse Oblige, Magie, Power, Boite Noire, Qui est Derriere Toi, Sens Interdite & Miracles(who was not a big succes as it was expected and it was also changed in Temoinages)

Ey Archos I remember that you and Prince28 wrote a thread about Werrason&Jb. A there was a moment that you wanted to write about the mystery of Chemin de Fer, but you didn't began with it, because of some reasons

i am certain emo wanted to understand my conversation with mvulusi so here is the translation

i said kibuisa mpimpa meant eclipse and that werra wanted to record that album before solola bien, even before intervention rapide but when he went around the world to see sorcerers  he was told to wait until they give him an "go ahead" statement
and then he was told to release it the day of eclipse which was 21 of june but werra was announcing well before in interviews that the day the album will be out there will be an eclipse and  his album will receive a very crazy reception that day
in his song un prince au congo he made a hint about it as he dedicated a witchdotor of his village and asked " do you see the eclipse, this is kibuisa mpimpa"
the tile operation dragon which was added to the name of album was inspired by the sorcerers he went to see in asia
it meant werra reached a  a very high level in witchcraft as he did the "dragon pact" like rapper sisqo for example
for chemin de far, it is the same my friend tutu caludji once told me that jb had also seen sorcerers all around the world so that chemin de fer has a  very very crazy success,he even says maybe he wont release any album for a decade after chemin de far
sometimes he announces album will be out soon to see how much the album is  eagerly expected(  and estimate the level of success it will have)
he has  a lot of pre records of chemin de fer at home the day they will give him the go ahead  album will not even take 6 month to be ready, and the day he will be given the go ahead he will set a particular date and respect it to perfection
same is happening with marie paul and his album

Thanx for the info archos, I am fed up of waiting for Chemin De Fer, those sorcerers need to recall JB and tell him exactly when he's releasing it.

second of part of the translation, mvulusi asked me about werra's concert at stade des martyrs  before release of kibuisa and arche de noe vs chemin de fer
i replied yes, before that concert werra "died" three days and came back( witchcraft) so he was  very very very strong
his entrance had a lot of mystical signs
werra himself wore  a couple of mystical things on him and there were guys he was sent to by sorcerers who made many mustical things,it was even reported in congolese press, they threw arrows,fire-eating,an so on
and also werra  threw 11 bats into the crowd before starting to sing
the concert happened exactly 12 days before release of kibuisa,on reccomandation from sorcerers
werra and jb secretly plan to release their albums the same day at the same hour to completely dominate congolese music
i said also that jb and werra want to be very succesful until their death and mvulusi said they should remember how franco ended after excessive use of witchcraft

more recently there is abracadabra( magic formula as we all know) another title was added aside it was "tous dans mes bras" in english" all in my hands"
people do not know it but the date of release coincided perfectly with the day one of his girlfriends had a miscarriage of twins, and the day of relese instead of mourning the babies koffi made that girl drink champagne and celebrate
koffi says this album is  the only one of his whole career to have insane success in every of the 24 communes of kinshasa and by very far the one he has sold the most
even more recently boite noire and power
boite noire is the idea of  wrestler edingwe who initiated ferre into world of witchcraft
it is the start of ferre on the way of doing the "dragon pact" aswell soon
he was asked  a certian nubmer of people to give through any possible way to reach a higher level
the day album was released there were  many accidents on the very same road in ferre's childhood quarter of kasavubu
power of fally was inspired from kanye west's power,as fally has or is trying hard to enter "their world"(illuminati and all those stuff)
fally sees kanye as a model and whenever he is in states tries to become friends with those guys, usher, drake and co
ferré's toko kendé na bango likolo au dela de la troisieme corde was a hidden message to fally as he knew fally was entering another dimension and he was telling him he we is also be up there or even stronger than him
he even took nickname "fantome" (ghost) and suddenly abandoned it once album was out

Wow..this is serious.  I was told by my fiance who is Congolese how heavily involved in witchcraft these musicians are, I did not quite believe him, until I joined this forum.  It is truly sad, to see that these artist who are immensely talented result to using diabolic means to achieve success.  They sell their souls to the devil, one day it will come back to haunt them or their families(children or grand-children inclusive).  With all these diabolic means still they are not as popular as a Celine Dion or Toni Braxton; Who used their talents to gain world recognition without the use of witchcraft.  We dance and sing to these songs, unaware of what goes on behind the scene. I have been told to stop listening to these artists because of their involvement in the underworld and so far it's been difficult.  What can I say? I love Congolese music...God help me.

I have been addicted to Cindy/Koffi/quartier latin(the previous set),and Ferre's music for a while now.  Maybe it's part of the deal that they have with the underworld, that once a listener, hears their songs..they become addicted to it.  I can't believe that I'm actually still playing their songs after these confirmations.  These people are heartless, you see them smiling and dancing but they are heartless.  Fally, Ferre, Werrason, Koffi, Cindy will never attain the same level of success as Kanye West..They can join all the occultic groups in the world.  They will NEVER be as successful.  They will suffer the consequences of their actions, maybe not now..but they will.

like i said earlier, you can still listen to songs, otherwise there are millions of guys if not 90 per cent of the whole universe who would do nothing in life since they are addicted to songs of those guys
witchcraft does not make melodies or voices sound good, but it can make you almost worship those guys,i doubt it's your case or the case of any of us here, its a leisure for us not a way of life

Boite Noire is unfortunately a big flop. Only the 3 generique + Pakadjuma are doing well. But the rest not. I was very dissapointed when the album out. I thought that it would be like Kibuisa Mpimpa & TH, because how they did praise the album on tv and that twitter-affair against Fally "to gagner". But it wasn't the case, it's full with monotony and stuff about sex. The same thing was also with Power when it came out, but there I like all the songs and there are not sex-songs.

I observed that Fally and Ferre always praise their albums to much, so that peoples think that it is a great album like V12, T.H. and Kibuisa Mpimpa. But when there fans buy the albums, they come always disappointed out.

i think that's not witchraft or not only witchcraft
you are surely talking about la sape, chance eloko pamba and stuff like that no?
viva was  a group born in strets,so they took the spirit of street guys( gangsters, ganja, stealing and so on)
but then again i dont think it can be reduced to witchcraft, because those things i mentioned were seen everywhere,on tvs and stuff like that, and there was a similar situation in the US with  movies, the groups of hippies and so on
but if you mean the power wemba got back then also influenced  people in those ways you are absolutely true
and you are right when you say he did a lot of bad but in some way did good aswell
and its the same with koffi later and the wenges  and co with ngulu, yes they sacrificed people and all that but also those guys changed the life of thousands if not millions of people bringing them to europe or america

True, I do listen to it because of the aforementioned attributes,  of course the infamous GUITAR RIFTS.  Congolese guitarists are one the best in the world. As well as the language(especially in rumba songs..it sounds romantic). Although there might be vulgar, senseless hidden meanings to many of the songs.   Speaking of meaning of songs, can you please translate Cindy Le Coeur Homélie's song?  Thanks a million.  Again still can't believe that I listen to Cindy's album even with the representation of her album's title.

yes mvulusi, what matters to fally and ferre the most is how much their album creates excitement when its out, playing in front of crazy crowds and stuff like that, they have guarantees from their sorcerers that no matter what, there will be excitement about albums and thats what they prefer
if you listen to interviews after album is out, they insist a lot more on how its succesful rather than how good the songs are, whereas kibuisa and co had mystic success but also a very high quality of work

kibuisa mpimpa in kikongo also has something got to do with the night, note marie paul is called roi soleil "king of sun" in one interview said they can't kill me in the sun so the try at night, mpimpa means night in kikongo so that means kibuisa mpimpa is also something go to do with the night which links back to witchcraft but mvulusi titles like solola bien ain't really witchcraft linked is just leadership wars solola bien was sent for jb blatantly if not then it would have been a bit more hidden like other titles same with miracles a tease to werra so he can pissed of they took his title

justement its what i said man ko kweyisa butu or kibuisa mpimpa in kikongo its a clear allusion to mystic things which happened late in the night when people are sleeping
those guys who believe in witchcraft rarely do things during sunlight unless its things people can not necessarily realise like accidents(since accidents happen every day its difficult to see with precision which ones are from witchcraft)
you see what i mean?

Personally I don't mind Congolese artist talking about sex, because over here in the states artist talk about in most of their songs but it has a parental advisory label on it, they should do it with Congolese albums as well so people know ahead of time what the lyrics of the songs are before they buy it

A part of me believes that Werra, Jb and co are successful because of hard work and another part of me believes they are working with black magic just like artist over here in the states. And another thing Fally and Ferre are in witchcraft and doing quite well for themselves so why can't they go to their scorers and ask them to become big global stars because they are becoming more international.

They forget that if they don't make songs like Education, Feux de l'Amour, Bomengo Ata Kala and Sos that they would be forgotten after 20 years. For example nobody does know any song of Wenge El Paris. Ask a kid from the '90s, if know a song of them, Only the people the fans or the people of that time will remeber their songs.

That's because you don't understand Lingala. The cesure commision in Congo don't care about it, becausw they are corrupted by the musiciens. Bord Ezanga Kombo, Mpunda and other song & animations were censored in the past by that commision, after there release.

kibuisa mpimpa in lingala is ko kweyisa butu, that's probably why its translated as eclipse since eclipse suddenly makes the sky dark

I didn't mean that. I've said that the most album  names are reactions to something (Solola Bien,Anti Terro, Monde Arabe,  Sous Sol) or reference to a period(K.O. Debout,Titanic,Force d'Intervation Rapide,...) or to a pact(Noblesse Oblige, Magie, Pouvoir, Sens Interdite, Kibuisa Mpimpa, Power,...) and with Miracles I didn't mean the album of Les Marquis, but the album that Werrason changed in Temoinage. It was previewed that album would be a great succes, like or bigger than Kibuisa. For that reseaon he named the album Miracles and later Temoinages. Refering that evrybody would temoigne about the miracles, but it wasn't the case. Rumours said that JB & Koffi did block the album with witchcraft so that it would be not a succes. The album self didn't had the songs and arrangements that could reach Kibuisa Mpimpa

damn i think if your in a different of those businesses you got to go abroad but i heard asians are promoting that sort business in congo without being scared it's sad now and for fally i know his trying to get the same level as kanye west and co. but i'm asking how can the success for the usa is not comparable to africa for instance if jay-z went to congo he probably fill up the whole of bandal and kintambo but the congolese can't fill up yankees stadium why lol?

I don't think that Jay-Z could full up whole Kintambo and Bandal. Because nobosy does know him there. Only the people who had electricty or youngsters who had intrest in Hip-Hop thats a small part of the population of Kinshasa.

ok i went over the top a bit but I mean he will be able to play fikin with a full capacity and Jay-z is known in congo hip-hop has been growing in congo 50 cent should have played there couple years back but it didn't work anyway if shaggy can fill up fikin (which i think he played) Jay-z will be able to.

Shaggy didn't play at Fikin. He did perform at the GHK which was a V.I.P. concert. Hip-Hop, R&B and other music-genre stars does perform mostly at GHK or Theatre de Verdure. Which are generally V.I.P. to avoid chegues.

So all those rumours about Fally killing his parents in a spiritual way, Ferre dying before the release of every album, and Bana Wenge (JB, Werra etc.) licking frogs and scarifying people are true, anyway I don't understand why Mvulusi if I don't go wrong says that Lubo died for witchcrafting it was HIV...
Every time I recall about witchcraft in Congolese music I am disgusting if I will ever get a chance to be a famous singer I don't think I will ever feature one of my songs with Congolese artist.

I often read the old topics that were done before I registered and I found this very very very very interesting.
The thing I do not understand is that with all his practices, they do not reach a popularity like Mickael Jackson or the Beatles
And @Archos you speak French, English and Lingala?
